Wellness Qigong

Gentle movement and breathing to release stress and physical stiffness, restore energy flow, and leave your team feeling refreshed and energized.

Self-Acupressure Massage

Simple, hands-on techniques that help your team relax and reconnect with their bodies. A quick recharge for stress and tiredness, and a practical way to sharpen focus.

Each session is paired with a seasonal herbal tea, selected based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to complement the practice.

Hi, I'm Dan.

After over a decade in product design and management at companies like BCG X, Babbel, and early-stage startups, I know the pressures of high-performance environments firsthand.

Through that experience and years of facilitating, I've come to see that workplace wellness is more than a buzzword on a job post. It's an essential part of building a work environment where people feel safe, motivated, and want to stay.

I'm trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal therapy, Qi Gong, and Nonviolent Communication. I bring both worlds together: an understanding of what tech teams actually need, and the tools to make wellness genuinely restorative.
